I just read this list earlier today! Very cool.
I have posted something on Women’s History Month myself, though not a book list. It is a list of women I think little girls should admire as oppose to the world’s Paris Hiltons.

I reviewed the list and the book you suggested looks like the best read of them all!!! I’m going to look “Property” up on Amazon….I love reading books set in that era about the plantations, etc.
